I run to eat. I lift to drink. Ha! In addition.. I can never forget that feeling of being in complete peak condition, mentally and physically. That moment in time, that I have easily let slip away, when no one could knock me down, I could out run anyone I wanted, and I felt muscles I never knew I had. That one taste is always in the back of my mind, and the desire to exceed my past best performances and achieve bigger, newer goals is what motivates me to work out.
